Browse products, review a cart and follow the available store checkout.

Step-by-step guide

Before you start

Use the account and workspace that own the relevant records. The feature also needs to be enabled for this installation and plan.

Steps

Choose a task

Find and review a product

  1. Open /products and use the available category/search controls to find the product.
  2. Open Details for the intended product. Review the description, version, requirements, licence choice and price before purchasing.
  3. If the product shows Add to cart, use it for the intended selection. If it shows an external Buy link, the purchase continues on that external marketplace rather than the local cart.

Review the cart and checkout

  1. Open /cart and verify every item, quantity, licence/type choice and total.
  2. Proceed through the store’s checkout link to /pay. Sign in if the application requests it.
  3. Choose an offered payment method and verify the amount/currency before confirming on its payment page.
  4. After returning, check the order/purchase status in your account. If payment has an uncertain outcome, keep its reference and contact support before trying again.

Check the result

Use the expected result beside each task. Check the intended account, record and final state; a saved draft, submitted request or displayed link is not the same as a completed external action.

Common problems

ProblemWhat to check
The screen or action is missingCheck the correct workspace account, role, enabled app and plan. A hidden action is not fixed by typing an internal endpoint.
A field is rejectedRead its validation message, choose from the offered options and check the relevant format or limit. Do not substitute a database ID for a displayed choice.
A list is emptyCheck the selected workspace, search text, date range and status filters. Clear one filter at a time before concluding that records are missing.
A request is still pendingCheck its status/history before repeating it. For messages, publishing, imports and payments, a submitted request can finish later or fail separately.
