Configure payment settings or complete a payment-related workflow.
Step-by-step guide
Before you start
Use the account and workspace that own the records. This page does not include administrator configuration forms.
Open this feature
Open /app/purchase on your application domain. The tasks below name the controls to use after opening the page.
Steps
Sign in with the customer account that owns the purchase. Keep purchase codes private.
Attach a purchase code
- Open Purchases at /app/purchase on the store domain.
- Paste your own purchase code into Enter your purchase code and select Add License.
- Wait for verification. Check that the resulting card identifies the correct product and license.
- Check the support coverage shown on the card. Adding a code does not automatically extend support.
Download a purchase
- Find the intended product card and check its license state.
- Select Download. Save the returned product file and check the filename/version.
- If access or file lookup fails, keep the visible error and contact support; do not use another customer’s purchase code.
Request a license reset
- On the intended product card, select Reset License only when you need a reset request.
- Confirm the action when prompted and read the response.
- The source creates a reset request. It does not immediately clear the licensed domain. The response states a processing target of 24 hours; completion still depends on the store’s handling.
Refresh Envato support coverage
- For an Envato purchase with the control available, select Sync Envato Support.
- Confirm the sync and wait for the result. Check the support date shown afterward.
- This refreshes marketplace support data; it is not a support renewal purchase.

Check the result
- The attached license appears under the signed-in customer account.
- A download returns the expected product file.
- A reset request displays its submission result; separately confirm when processing is finished.
Problems and validation
| Problem | What to do |

| You are not allowed to download this product | Check the signed-in owner account and whether the license is enabled. |
| Product not found / File not found | The enabled product or its download file is unavailable; provide the error to store support. |
| License not found | Confirm the selected card belongs to the current account. |
| Support sync fails | Check that the purchase is an Envato license and review the returned verification error. |
