Use the parent workflow with the account and permissions it requires. This page does not grant access or change your account.
Follow the parent-screen or platform-guide link above. A handler, callback or placeholder route is not a standalone page to configure.
How to use this item
This component outputs the tracking/runtime script for popups. It is not an editor or a place to paste customer data.
Create and configure popup content through the Popups workspace. Check tracking on an authorized test page using the popup’s actual setup instructions; opening the runtime script alone does not configure a popup.
Fields and choices
Enter values in the parent application screen or provider flow. This item has no separate supported input form described here.
Check the result
Check the relevant parent workflow. An endpoint response or installed module name does not prove that its customer-facing workflow is available or complete.
Common problems
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| The screen or action is missing | Check the correct workspace account, role, enabled app and plan. A hidden action is not fixed by typing an internal endpoint. |
| A field is rejected | Read its validation message, choose from the offered options and check the relevant format or limit. Do not substitute a database ID for a displayed choice. |
| A list is empty | Check the selected workspace, search text, date range and status filters. Clear one filter at a time before concluding that records are missing. |
| A request is still pending | Check its status/history before repeating it. For messages, publishing, imports and payments, a submitted request can finish later or fail separately. |
