Step-by-step guide
Before you start
Use the account and workspace that own the records. This page does not include administrator configuration forms.
Open this feature
Open /portal/ai-studio/repurpose on your application domain. The tasks below name the controls to use after opening the page.
Steps
Use content you are allowed to process. The repurpose feature, provider and credits must be available.
Create variants from existing content
- Open AI Repurpose. Paste the original text into Source content.
- For a test, use a short factual product paragraph without customer data or credentials.
- Choose Tone and Language from the offered lists and check the credit requirement.
- Select Repurpose content once. Wait for the generated variants or the displayed error.
- Read each variant and correct names, prices, dates and other factual statements before reusing it.
- Transfer the chosen text to the intended draft or editor. Generation alone does not publish it.
Fields shown in the interface

Check the result
- The result corresponds to the submitted source text and selected language.
- Check every factual claim before using the generated text.
Problems and validation
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| No output is returned | Read the provider/validation error and check feature access and credits. |
| Output changes the facts | Correct the text manually or revise the source; do not treat generated content as verified. |
| The history entry is missing | Check the active workspace and whether the generation completed successfully. |
