Register and apply a tracking pixel

Save a provider pixel definition and choose where it should be applied. Registering a pixel does not by itself prove that the provider received an event.

Step-by-step guide

Before you start

  • Have the correct pixel ID/provider setup for the property you control. Know which pages/links should use it.
Open this feature
  1. Open /portal/brand/tracking-pixels on your site.

How to use it

Add a pixel and choose its use

  1. Open /portal/brand/tracking-pixels and enter Pixel name.
  2. Select Provider, choose the intended Status, and enter Pixel ID for that provider. Use Custom pixel script only for a supported custom-script setup you understand.
  3. Select Use as default for new Short Links, Link Bio pages, and QR Codes only if that broad default is intended. Select Add pixel.
  4. Open a supported item’s editor, review its Tracking pixels selection and save the item. Use Pause/Activate or Set default/Unset on the pixel entry deliberately.
  5. Test the actual public page/redirect behavior and the provider’s event tooling. A saved pixel ID is not a successful provider event.
