Support

Create a support request, follow its conversation and mark the issue resolved.

Step-by-step guide

Before you start

Use the account and workspace that own the records. This page does not include administrator configuration forms.

Open this feature

Open /portal/support on your application domain, or use the matching item in the application menu.

Steps

Sign in to the account that needs help. Support must be enabled and at least one support category must be available.

Create a request

  1. Open Support at /portal/support.
  2. In the new-ticket form, select Category and enter Subject, for example My QR code opens the wrong page.
  3. In What do you need help with?, include the page URL, steps to reproduce, what happened and what you expected. Do not include passwords, payment details or API keys.
  4. Select Create ticket. Keep the ticket identifier and check the conversation that opens.

Reply or mark the request resolved

  1. Open your ticket from /portal/support using View.
  2. While the ticket is open, write in Your reply and select Send reply. Check that the new message appears before submitting again.
  3. When the issue is solved, select Mark resolved if the control is available. Check the updated status.
  4. If the reply field is unavailable, check the ticket status. Do not create repeated tickets to resend the same message.
