How to use it

Review and choose a package

1. Open /portal/packages and compare the plan cards and their billing periods.
2. A Current plan card links to billing; it is not a new purchase. Use Start for Free for an offered free plan or Choose Plan for the intended paid plan.
3. On checkout, verify the selected plan, amount, currency and billing period. Read whether the displayed method is recurring or one-time.
4. Choose an offered payment method, review the provider’s confirmation screen and complete payment only if its terms match what you intend.

Confirm the purchased plan

1. Return through the application’s payment result flow and open /portal/billing using Open billing.
2. Check the actual plan, paid period and subscription/payment status. Inspect its invoice/payment record when available.
3. If charged but unchanged, keep the provider reference and contact support before repeating the purchase.
