Read credit usage and buy a pack
Check AI credit usage and follow an offered credit-pack checkout without confusing a top-up with a plan upgrade.
Step-by-step guide
Before you start
- Use the intended account/workspace and inspect the price, quantity and terms shown for the actual pack.
Open this feature
- Open /portal/credits on your site.
How to use it
Read the balance and usage entries
- Open /portal/credits and read the displayed available balance and allowance labels.
- Use the Action filter and Filter to inspect the relevant usage entries. Use Reset before investigating a different action.
- Review a specific usage entry together with the tool/history that produced it. A generation can consume credits without publishing any content.
Buy an available credit pack
- Choose Buy more credits and open the intended pack.
- Review the pack quantity, price, currency and available gateway before starting its checkout.
- Complete the offered payment flow and return to Credits. Check the resulting balance/record.
- If payment was charged but the balance is unchanged, keep its reference and ask support before buying the pack again.

- Check the final relevant balance and usage/purchase record after confirmation.
Problems and fixes
