Check subscriptions and download an invoice

Read your account’s plan/payment state, download available invoices and stop future recurring charges through the offered cancellation action.

Step-by-step guide

Before you start

  • Use the account that owns the subscription and keep any provider transaction/reference ready when investigating a payment.
Open this feature
  1. Open /portal/billing on your site.

How to use it

Review the account and invoice

  1. Open /portal/billing and inspect the displayed plan, paid period and subscription/payment state.
  2. Select Open invoices, or open /portal/invoices. Find the matching invoice by its displayed details.
  3. Select Download PDF for that invoice and check its account, currency and amount.
  4. Use Buy more credits for a credit-pack flow when offered. A credit top-up and a subscription upgrade are different purchases.

Cancel recurring charges when intended

  1. On Billing, inspect the intended recurring subscription and confirm it is the one you want to cancel.
  2. Use Cancel recurring only if the control is offered. Read the confirmation: it stops future recurring charges while the current paid period remains active until expiry.
  3. Confirm only when that is intended, then check the reported result and updated subscription state.
  4. If cancellation fails, keep the error/reference and contact support. Do not assume a button click completed a gateway-side cancellation.
