Start a video job and check its result

Submit a motion brief as a video-generation job, monitor its state and download the finished MP4 when one is available.

Step-by-step guide

Before you start

The feature must be enabled and an administrator must configure its provider when required. Check available credits before starting a generation.
Use content you are allowed to process. Generated output needs your review before it is used publicly.

Open this feature

Choose a task

Open /portal/ai-studio/video. Enter Motion brief, describing the subject, scene and intended movement.
Choose Duration from the offered values and set Format for the intended placement. Available durations depend on the configured provider/model.
Select Generate video once. A job can remain pending while the provider processes it.
Use Refresh status for that job instead of generating another job just to check progress.
When a playable/completed result is available, inspect it and use Download MP4 or Open Files. Test the downloaded video before using it publicly.

Field or choice	How to use it
Motion brief	Required, up to 5,000 characters. Describe actual motion rather than only a static product name.
Duration	Choose an offered value; do not type a duration unsupported by the active provider.
Format	Choose the layout/aspect offered for the task.
Refresh status	Checks the existing job. It is distinct from starting a new generation.

What you see	What to do next
Job stays pending	Refresh the existing job and inspect its status/error. Ask the administrator about provider/job processing before restarting.
Duration is rejected	Choose one of the current offered values.
No download is available	A pending/failed job may not have a finished asset; check its final state first.
