Use prompt history and workspace AI defaults
Find previous AI requests, review their results and set the default output language/tone used by supported workspace AI tools.
Step-by-step guide
Before you start
- The feature must be enabled and an administrator must configure its provider when required. Check available credits before starting a generation.
- Use content you are allowed to process. Generated output needs your review before it is used publicly.
Open this feature
- Open /portal/ai-studio/prompt-history on your site.
How to use it
Find and reopen a previous request
- Open /portal/ai-studio/prompt-history.
- Use Search and Module to narrow the history to the tool/request you need, then submit the visible filter form.
- Open the intended history entry and review its input/output and context before reusing text.
- Use the offered Rename action with a clear title when organizing history. Keep unrelated requests separate rather than assuming every history entry is a saved campaign or page.
Save workspace output defaults
- Open AI Settings at /portal/ai-studio/settings.
- Choose Workspace Default Language and Workspace Default Tone Of Voice, then use Save changes on that settings form.
- Reopen the settings to confirm, then start a new supported AI task and inspect its defaults. An individual task can still offer its own overrides.
- Use Credit Usage to inspect consumption when available. Changing defaults does not configure an administrator’s provider API key.

Problems and fixes
