Search supported workspace post records by meaningful words and inspect the ranked matches. This is not an internet search or a complete search of every file/module.
Step-by-step guide
Before you start
- The feature must be enabled and an administrator must configure its provider when required. Check available credits before starting a generation.
- Use content you are allowed to process. Generated output needs your review before it is used publicly.

- Open /portal/ai-studio/search on your site.
How to use it
Choose a task
Search and check a match
- Open /portal/ai-studio/search and enter a short query describing the content you want, for example menu launch booking.
- Select Search. Read the returned titles, excerpts, tags and record context rather than treating ranking as certainty.
- Open a returned record through its available application link when offered. Verify that it is the intended content before reusing it.
- If no useful match appears, try specific words used in the title/caption/tags and check the correct workspace. This version ranks a limited recent-post set, not the complete historical database.
Fields and examples

- Open/check the actual record before copying or acting on a match.
Problems and fixes
