Generate and edit a content plan
Create a dated draft plan from a campaign brief, review each day and save it for future editing. A plan is not a queue of automatically published posts.
Step-by-step guide
Before you start
- The feature must be enabled and an administrator must configure its provider when required. Check available credits before starting a generation.
- Use content you are allowed to process. Generated output needs your review before it is used publicly.

- Open /portal/ai-studio/planner on your site.
How to use it
Generate a seven-day practice plan
- Open /portal/ai-studio/planner and select New plan when starting a separate plan.
- Enter Plan name, for example Spring menu launch. In Campaign goal and audience, describe the goal, audience, real offer and the content you want to cover.
- Choose Start date and set Number of days to 7 for a first practice plan. This version accepts 3–31 days.
- Select Generate plan. Review Overview and each day’s Theme, Objective, Content direction, Visual direction and Call to action.
- Correct or remove invented offers, dates and claims before saving the plan.
Save a version and return to it
- Check Plan name and the edited entries.
- Use Save plan or Save as new plan when keeping a separate plan. Use Update selected plan only when you intend to change the plan currently loaded.
- Open the saved plan from the list and compare its name, start date and edited entries.
- Create actual publishable content through the relevant editor/scheduler after reviewing the plan.
Fields and examples

| Plan name | Use a unique descriptive name you can recognize; a saved plan name is limited to 120 characters. |

| Daily fields | Edit the content directions and CTA to fit the real campaign before content production. |
Check your finished result
- Reopen the saved plan and check its date span and a few edited days.
Problems and fixes
