Turn a specific brief into draft text, then copy or save useful results without automatically publishing a social post.
Step-by-step guide
Before you start
- The feature must be enabled and an administrator must configure its provider when required. Check available credits before starting a generation.
- Use content you are allowed to process. Generated output needs your review before it is used publicly.
Open this feature
- Open /portal/ai-studio/ai-content on your site.
How to use it
Generate a useful first draft
- Open /portal/ai-studio/ai-content in the intended workspace.
- Choose Write new. In What are you creating?, describe the subject, audience and desired result. Example: Write two short descriptions for our café menu page. Mention online booking, use a friendly tone, and do not invent prices.
- Choose Tone, Language, Variations, Words per variation, Hashtags and Creativity for this draft.
- If platform choices are offered, choose the ones relevant to the output. Select Generate content and wait for the results.
- Read each result for facts, names, links, length and tone. Edit unsupported claims before copying anything into a public page.
Copy or keep a result for later
- Use Copy on one result and verify the text after pasting into your working draft.
- Edit the intended variation, enter a recognizable Draft name, then use Save draft. Use Update draft only when you intend to modify the draft currently loaded.
- Reopen the saved draft and compare its text. Generating the same prompt again can consume credits and create another result set.
Rewrite existing content
- Choose Rewrite & repurpose and paste the actual source into Paste the content to transform.
- Choose the intended tone, language and variation settings, then select Rewrite content.
- Compare the result against the source, correct changed facts, and copy or save the intended variation.

Check your finished result
- Check copied/saved text, actual facts and any links before public use.
Problems and fixes
